Before your first session, Angela will complete a confidential health assessment. You will be asked about your health and current medication to make sure we are matching the right treatment for your needs. There are a small number of contraindications to sauna therapy and PEMF - you can view these in our FAQ.

Booking T&C’s
- You'll receive 18 x Combination HOCATT™ & PEMF sessions that you can schedule across a 12 week period.
- The 12 week period begins from the date of your first session.
- Each session is 1 hour duration and includes approximately 24-30 minutes of HOCATT™ Sauna and 6-12 minutes of PEMF Therapy.
- We recommend 2 sessions per week for the first 6 weeks then 1 session per week for the final 6 weeks for the best results.
- Going away on holiday or need a break? Your package is valid up to 6 months from the original purchase date. Please contact us if you need to pause your package.

Once you have scheduled the time for your first appointment, you will receive a confirmation email. This email contains a secure link to your 'Customer Booking Portal' where you can schedule and manage all of your appointments. Please follow the below steps:
1. Open your confirmation email from Oceanbeach Oxygen
2. Click 'Customer Portal link'
3. Once you have logged in with your private password
4. On the top left click 'Subscription Bookings'
5. Click the green button 'Manage'
6. Click 'Book Remaining Slots'
7. Schedule the appointments as you need

Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice.
Our Policy:
- Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 20% of the reserved services or $40, whichever is more.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
- If you have used a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.
- In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
