What is a Couples HOCATT Sauna & PEMF Therapy Session?

A couples HOCATT sauna & PEMF therapy session is a unique fusion of two powerful wellness modalities perfect for 2 people.

• HOCATT Sauna: This innovative infrared sauna uses a combination of near, mid, and far infrared light to gently heat your body from the inside out. This deep penetration promotes detoxification, improves circulation, and melts away tension, leaving you feeling light and refreshed.

• PEMF Therapy (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy): This gentle therapy uses low-frequency electromagnetic waves to stimulate cellular healing and reduce inflammation. As you lie comfortably under the PEMF the waves penetrate your tissues, promoting pain relief, enhancing cellular oxygenation, and fostering a profound sense of calm.

If this is your first time experiencing HOCATT or PEMF - we require all new clients to book a session with initial consultation.

There are a small number of contraindications to sauna therapy and PEMF, you will be asked about your health and current medication before your first treatment to make sure we are matching the right treatment for your needs.

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice.

Our Policy:

• Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 20%  of the reserved services or $40, whichever is more.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

• If you have used a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.

• In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
