Combination HOCATT™ Sauna & PEMF Therapy

Our Combination HOCATT™ & PEMF sessions provide time to relax and experience the full benefit of both treatments in one appointment.

• Length of booking 60min

• Initial consultation is an additional 15min

• Average length of PEMF treatment 6-12min

• Average length of HOCATT™ 30min

Concession available for 3, 5 and 10 combination sessions.

Once you have scheduled your first appointment, you will receive a confirmation email. This email contains a secure link to your 'client booking portal' where you can schedule and manage all of your appointments. Please follow the below steps:

1. Open your confirmation email from Oceanbeach Oxygen
2. Click 'Customer Portal link'
3. Once you have logged in with your private password
4. On the top left click 'Subscription Bookings'
5. Click the green button 'Manage'
6. Click 'Book Remaining Slots'
7. Schedule the appointments as you need

If this is your first time experiencing HOCATT or PEMF - we require all new clients to book a session with initial consultation.

There are a small number of contraindications to sauna therapy and PEMF, you will be asked about your health and current medication before your first treatment to make sure we are matching the right treatment for your needs.

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice.

Our Policy:

• Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 20%  of the reserved services or $40, whichever is more.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

• If you have used a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.

• In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.

• If you have booked an appointment and wish to request a refund for your paid services please email angela@oceanbeachoxygen.co.nz
